Extremely disappointed with Carrier. We have been without heat since early November due to a part that Carrier has yet to manufacture or supply. Weeks have turned into months, and we have now gone through major holidays and sustained freezing temperatures without a working heater. At one point, outdoor temperatures dropped to around 23°, which is unacceptable for any household to endure without heat. We invested a significant amount of money in what we believed was a reputable, reliable brand. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a complete failure to support customers after the sale. A company of Carrier’s size and resources should not be unable to supply a critical repair part for this length of time. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care has left us angry, discouraged, and deeply disappointed. A heating system is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Carrier’s inability to resolve this issue in a reasonable timeframe reflects very poorly on the company and its priorities. I would strongly caution anyone considering Carrier products to think carefully about what happens after installation if something goes wrong.

I am always on hold for at LEAST 15 mins every time I call Carrier. SO be prepared to be on hold all day.

Always on hold for 30 - 90 minutes to reach a representative. This is totally ridiculous.
