I am extremely frustrated with this company. Here we sit… in mid July with record breaking heat… 2 weeks from the day our AC unit stopped working……wrong control panel after wrong control panel being sent… with 3-5 business days in between each mess up! The installers have come after hours multiple times to try to work on my AC. Head scratch. Call the manager. Hours later… well… it appears Carrier has, yet again sent us the WRONG control panel, even though the numbers were given to them correctly….. who is running the ship over there???? This is terrible customer service!!! After you have sent 2 wrong control boards- it should BEHOOVE you to at LEAST try to overnight the correct board… but your employee didn’t care… nope. ANOTHER 3-5 business days we have to wait. And wait to pay full price and a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend this com
