The turn around time is an absolute joke compared to other smaller locations with less staff. There are three to four people at the desk upfront and venders end up waiting in line for 20-30 mins while the staff exchange banter behind the counter and work on other tasks. There's no seating while you stand there through an unnecessarily long wait. Then you finally get to the desk and they send you out to warehouse to wait a further 20-30 mins for them to bring your part or equipment some times up to 45 mins. Ridiculous. Horrible turn around time. Really need to tighten up at ybor. That being said when you do Interact with the staff they are very friendly. Maybe management has the people upfront doing too many tasks at once and they should delegate better.

This place is notorious about giving you wrong parts ! They are slow and incompetent at times ! The same people up front has been there for years but still manage to screw things up. There 24 hour waiting period to return a part that they screwed up on in the first place is ridiculous!

This guy amiri was super rude , I just wanted to buy condenser fan motor mine was loud (bad bearings obviously) , I don’t have company , he goes like I don’t care what you want this is how we business we won’t sell it to you , it’s just a stupid electric motor i could even buy it from grainger , i understand you can’t sell restricted items but coming up like this super rude on a stupid item sold anywhere from Amazon to ace hardware , i told the guy I don’t even need warranty he said he doesn’t care , just do your business with another decent companies out there , I’m paying money bro not asking free stuff
