We recently had a whole house generator installed. Our technician Eric Gray and the whole team was outstanding! On install day he made sure that we knew what to expect throughout the day. Everything went as planned and at the end he spent an extended amount of time going over all the details and operating procedures of the generator and answered any questions we had. The explanation was thorough and not rushed. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure I understood everything. We have a number of natural gas appliances / furnaces. They made sure everything was in working order before leaving. They also left the areas they were working in clean and tidy. We are so happy that we chose this team to work with and we will definitely refer others. Eric took the time to tell me about other services they offer. And because our experience was so good, we will be moving our HVAC maintenance over to them in the future. Highly recommend this company!!

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My generator is older and on its last leg, and Kyle was kind enough to walk me through the process for when I will need to replace the entire unit. I received a text to let me know he was on the way, which is appreciated.

Capital Comfort Service installed a Generac Back up generator for our home and updated our electric panels. Very pleased from the initial visit with Tommy coming out and letting us tell him what we wished in the way of a generator to the completion of installation. The company lets you know when the employee is headed your way with a picture and name along with their experience. More companies need to be this efficient. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 and we had planned how we would make it work the day of installation knowing power would be off for biggest part of the day but Eric stepped right up and plugged in the oxygen concentrator to his portable generator and even plugged in the television for husbands viewing pleasure. That shows this company cares about people. Will use in future for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!
