Fast and professional, I called California mechanical, and Henry came out, after finding out I needed a new system I was a bit scared his price was reasonable, after discussion financing the system I decided to do the 1-year installment plan which is fantastic no other company offered me that option. The next day Henry and his crew were at my house installing a new system. After completing the job, he took the time to explain to me how to used the new system and how to program our new wifi thermostat. Even a few days later he called to ask if we had any question and to see if we were satisfied. well YES we are Will highly recommend to friends and family

Clean and professional, my tech called me 30 minutes before arrival with is a major plus. Who wants to be waiting all day long? The technician presented me with an estimate and was extremely surprised at how reasonable their price was, considering it was a holiday weekend. So to anyone that has Ac issues I will personally highly recommended from now on, there my go to company. thank you Henry

In 2022 I had five mini-splits installed in my Walnut Creek home. The price was right as apparently someone ordered these but canceled, so the units were on hand and discounted. I originally gave this company a great review because they showed up on time and did the installation, but a few months later I called about two problems I had with the work, and I never got a return call. When the installation was performed, I needed an electrical panel moved from inside one of the bedroom closets to the hallway, and they said they had an electrician that could do the work. However, when we later went into the bedroom from where they had moved the panel, the light switch you would use to turn the light on when you entered the room no longer worked the light, so you had to walk across the dark room to turn on the light. The other problem was that once the rains started, water was running from the roof through the electrical panel and down the wall - very dangerous. I called multiple times, and I again never got a return call. I had to hire my handyman to correct the leak. Two days ago, in this excessive heat, the mini-split in the living room started leaking water, and it was running down the wall. I read through the manual and found that if water is leaking from the unit, then I needed to call for service. I have called at least two times, and, yet again, no return call. I sincerely hope I can get in touch with someone tomorrow, because I would much rather leave a good review, but not to return a call is very unprofessional and does not result in building trust with customers, much less anyone else. They were eager to sell the units and get them installed, but apparently not interested in standing behind their work or correcting the problems they created. I am ultimately a dissatisfied customer and would not recommend this company.
