Caldeco Air Conditioning & Heating

Great experience, was provided a good mix of options after the sized the unit I needed. Made my selection and they had availability the next day (I got lucky, likely not always next day) The got here with the units and spent most of the day getting it all installed, as my old unit seemed to have not been installed optimally, so not a clean drop in for them, felt bad as it was very hot to be in the attic space all day. Left the place clean after it was all done. These Carrier units are not cheap, but my last one ran for over 20 years, that’s a good thing in FL.

After talking to 10ish companies, I decided to move forward with Caldeco. They were not the cheapest yet the most reasonable provider! Other providers tried to oversimplify or complicate things yet JC and the team were great. We had a kitlist miscommunication issue yet Caldeco honored what they signed for and redo the whole Ac installation from scratch! A few weeks later, the external unit went down! They sent 2 people to response to the problem and changed the related parts in hours, under warranty. Very professional, great work ethic. I highly recommend working with them. (I am very picky, for me it is hard to write positive feedback. Btw, they are so nice, even though they did not ask)

Bruno arrived on time and was very courteous and detailed. I tend to ask a lot of questions but he was patient and answered them all to my satisfaction. He took his time to do a thorough job. I have had terrible luck with air conditioners and other companies but Caldeco has been above my expectations! Very professional with their installation, service, and the office staff (over the phone) as well. Highly recommend!
