After searching the customer reviews, business background and experience, and services of many HVAC repair businesses in metro Savannah, I selected the Byrd to fix my AC unit which was not working. Service tech Austin arrived timely and begin to thoroughly exam the unit. His findings shedded a negative spotlight on another well known AC business that had recently completed a maintenance checkup. Austin was not only professional, courteous, respectful and kind but also knowledgeable, skillful and very thorough in identifying the problem and ensuring I understood my options without any pressure. In addition, Byrd's "receptionist", Angela, is a perfect example of exemplary customer service, knowledge of the AC business and courtesy. Austin and Angela are valuable assets to Byrd who provided good service at a reasonable price.

91 degrees out and the attic air conditioner went out. Called for repair appointment and Austin came out and fixed it the same day. Said would be after 5 pm came at 4 and had replacement and service done. Great young man
