This is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. I was hung up on three times and yelled at by the owner and the owners son after a brief inquiry. I have used them three times prior to this incident and each time it has been a hassle. Their prices are extremely high, and their scheduling is a nightmare. They have to come back to fix errors that they made while trying to repair and service equipment and now they cuss you out when you tell them you have an emergency and need assistance. As a small business who only has one fryer and a *return Burney’s customer* they could have at least tried to accommodate me. But instead, I was told that I would have to wait two days or pay double for “overtime” since it was almost 4pm. I called at 1:30pm. Imperial only uses this company to service their equipment here in Las Vegas so I’m almost forced to work with this unprofessional business. I would rather STOP using imperial products and never have to use Burney’s Commercial Services again.

Burney’s and their staff are truly the best. They always make it right. They will also tell you if it’s feasible to fix a peace of equipment or not. Thank you for your professionalism.

I was leery coming here based on the previous review, but felt worst case scenario, I say no to the estimate. I took in a 16 year old Waring commercial blender I received as a gift from Williams Sonoma. The repair man, Jose, stopped what he was doing to tend to me, listened to what I said, told me the price and of labor and informed me would also include part cost. He called me later that day and I authorized it. Completely effortless. The only "complaint" if there was one is that when I went to pay, the lady behind the counter just yelled "Drop offs in back" before the door could close on me. After I told her I was there to pay, but would gladly leave if she wanted to finish playing Candy Crush, she got up and took my payment. But that's no reason to knock the repair service itself. It was fair, honest, and expedient. I will definitely bring all my appliances here for repair in the future.
