Burlett Refrigeration is a great company that I highly recommend. I had Burlett Refrigeration install a new air condition system in my primary residence. I was very impressed with the amount of service and dedication the crew showed to ensure my replacement went smooth and met my high level of expectations. Prior to deciding on a product, all the options were thoroughly discussed in detail to ensure I was receiving the unit that best fit my needs. On the day of the installation, the technicians were very professional and ensured the installation was immaculate. After unboxing the inside unit, it was discovered that the brand-new equipment had a substantial amount of damage. The technicians immediately called their suppliers who timely delivered a replacement while they continued the installation process to ensure the system was not offline longer than required due to the defective item. In the end, I received a very nice updated central AC that has been saving me money due to its high energy efficiency and keeping me very cold due to my girlfriend’s aggressive temperature settings.
