Robert the Bulldog air tech came out very friendly and positive. As he went upstairs to take off the panel, I insisted to be up on the roof with him as I observed him takeoff the panel to my AC unit. We noticed a wire that was disconnected from the previous tech who gave us a lot of bad information. Robert the Bulldog air tech reassured me about the condition of my AC unit and what we could do about it. He also gave me some better options than just replacing the whole unit. He said we could just take care of some parts. We really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. Rob showed up to do the A/C inspection (which was thorough) and found a couple of concerning issues. Technicians provided pictures and explanations of the concerns they discovered and provided options to address the problem. Parts that were stressed and needed attention were replaced immediately. The service technicians were friendly, professional, and competent. I have always found Bulldog to be a top notch business. They have come for inspections numerous times and sometimes everything is all good and other times, they point out concerns. I don't feel like they're always trying to look for something to sell me.

Rob Cheyne came out to do the winter system maintenance and to change my heat pump filter. He was very efficient as usual and added a little seasonal cheer by gifting me with a small Xmas gift bag with a tiny stuffed Bulldog and a few Bulldog promotional products like pens and keychain flashlight. Also, since I am new to the heat pump world, he gave me a tip on where to buy the same filter at a cheaper price. Rob’s level of expertise and customer service skills are exemplary and are an asset to this company.
