My husband called to get an estimate about a week ago and was told he would receive a call back, the rep was very nice. My husband was told that a supervisor would call him back. He received a call back from the supervisor, we live in Jackson so the supervisor told my husband he don’t like doing work in Jackson, now for those that live in Jackson, Ms we all know that the pipes are old so if we are calling to get pipes replace how could you say you don’t like doing work in Jackson when that’s your job. I work in the medical field but I would never tell a patient I don’t want to assist them when that’s my job to care for patients. I think Buford needs to consider getting a new supervisor

We had to have our sewage lines replaced in our home. Buford found out I was going in for a chemo treatment on the day of the project, so they told my husband they would have the job done same day so that we wouldn’t have to go to an AirBNB! They told him they wanted to have it done for us! That was just one of a few things they did to help take care of our family!

Extremely nice and accommodating. I was coming into town to meet them at my old family. They were already on site before I arrived even though I was early. The problem had already been evaluated and solved. The whole crew was pleasant and courteous.
