I was quoted $140 to $170 to unclog my sink. Final bill $265 plus the convenience fee to pay them. When I ask why so high they refunded $45. Did they unclog my drain? Yes. But they left me with a leaking faucet. My name is Douglas Meyer not Matthew Cole. Not sure why it pulled up his name. Must be his email that I used by mistake.

Incredible service! Water Heater went out and they had someone at my house within an hour! Incredibly nice and helpful. Jane really went the extra mile to help get a part we needed that day, instead of having to wait for it to be shipped.
