I would give a lower rating if I could. I had Kelvin replace 1of my heat pumps in July. He did something while installing the 1st unit that made the 2nd unit not work and convinced me it was bad also. I should of stopped then and there but I pressed on. The AC seemed to work but struggled until the winter month of Nov. Then the heater totally shut down. He told me it was my thermostat. It wasn't. He would not come out and look at it, he stopped answering my phone calls / texts. I had to get a real HVAC company in to fix it. He had wired the big unit (needing 60 Amps) to a 30A breaker, he wired the small unit (needing 45 AMP breaker ) to the 60 Amp. He had left the programming on my T-stat set to a gas & heat pump instead of just a heat pump so the emergency heat kept coming on (which cost me a lot of extra electricity) AND he wired both units to 1 emergency shut off instead of separate like the law requires because he was to inexperienced to figure out what he did wrong. Supposedly he teaches other people how to do this!!!?? As my wife says, " whose who can't do, teach!!??" In the end it cost me another $650 and 3 days off of work to get it fixed right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. I have to take him to court to get my "warranty money" I had to pay for.
