Brothers Industrial Cleaning did a great job cleaning my cooling tower. They are the best option I have found in the twin cities for annual cooling tower cleanings. I highly recommend using their services.

The workers that came to clean the hood did an acceptable job. The folks in the office were not good to deal with. They refused to pay for the damages to the flooring that their chemicals caused. Their excuse was "your kitchen floor isn't supposed to have wax on it". On the initial quote and visit they never said it would eat the wax off of the floor. You would think they should disclose that information before completing the work, instead of getting the response that I did. They did not take responsibility at all which is unbelievable for how much they charge.

Brothers did a amazing job of cleaning the dumpster corral for our restaurant. After 4 years of dirt, food waste, cooking oil spillage and general wear it now looks awesome. They were very responsive and the tech worked efficiently and professionally. They also have done a great job cleaning the hoods in our kitchen over the years.
