Breeze Brothers

I purchased my first home when i was 22. A fixer-upper. The biggest nightmare was the hvac situation. I attached a picture of the old gravity furnace, and it had no AC. The gas meter squeaked constantly with inefficient the furnace was. When i got my budget together i called 3 or 4 companies for quotes on a whole new system and duct work. The Breeze Bros knocked it out of the park. First off, they were very professional and they knew what they were talking about. The first two visits were very personalized. They took a few hours to calculate things and run through options. Jim and Steve were crawling around the attic and crawlspace with me to ensure everything was what it needed to be. Most other places just went to the basement, looked for a few minutes, and gave a price. Breeze Bros were also patient when i told them i’d need a few months before we began. Secondly, they were very price friendly. I told them the ballpark i needed to be in and they accommodated. I cut some walls open for them and set them up in a few areas to help with budget. They were especially well price compared to other companies, and those other companies weren’t doing as much to actually heat and cool my home (wouldn’t do duct work, not using proper systems). Breeze bros got me what i needed, when i needed it, and in my budget range. Furnace runs great and actually reduced my utility bills. I recently turned on the AC and it’s been wonderful. Lastly, the install crew was amazing. Friendly people that know what they’re doing. They were very respectful of my space and I was never worried about letting them in my home. They worked hard and got it knocked out in a week (which is impressive for how much they did). The system also just looks nice. They made effort to tuck away ducts and run everything to give the most space possible in the basement and keep everything nice visually. Bottom line, these guys are awesome. It’s been hard to even find something to nitpick. If you want a nice family run business with friendly, well-informed, hard workers and a personalized experience, I fully recommend these guys.

I had a great experience with Breeze Brothers. I scheduled service during a major snow emergency, and the office was upfront about possible delays and communicated clearly throughout. Jacob the technician arrived on time and was professional and respectful. I explained that I was getting a second opinion, and Jacob was honest in confirming the original diagnosis was correct. He took the time to explain the issue and did not try to upsell or push a subscription. You can tell quickly that Breeze Brothers is a family owned business, its reflected in their quality of work and personal approach, which far exceed what I’ve experienced with corporate companies. 5-star experience from start to finish. Easy and quick response to our inquiry. Came out, explained options and a fair estimate.
