The technician arrived quickly and was friendly and efficient. He checked and cleaned the outside unit and showed me pictures of before and after. He explained that the problem was the dryer exhaust is located very close to the coils, and to keep an eye on them. Great service, quick but thorough!

It was late night on a Thursday when my AC decided to stop working - after reading some reviews I used the online form to book BR McGinty. They were able to come out Friday, but due to my schedule I had to wait until Monday (the point being that they are super efficient and quick to help). The technician let me know that my ancient AC unit was rusted to death and recommended to replace it rather than going through frequent repairs, which was about what I had expected. I was surprised when I got a call the next day already letting me know they could replace the unit then! The installation team was efficient and thorough. The new unit is working beautifully! Everyone I interacted with from the initial technician to the installation team was friendly and professional. I would definitely use BR McGinty again and would recommend them highly!
