I am very satisfied with the work done by BR Appliance Service. The technician who responded to a lack of cooling issue with my refrigerator, Radovan Borovic, is also the owner of this business. Rad arrived, as promised within 15 minutes of my phone call because he was fortunately coming from a nearby work site. I could not have asked for any better service. He was very professional, polite, and well equipped with tools and replacement parts. He worked carefully on my appliance for almost a full hour, first manually defrosting a large accumulation of ice in the freezer compartment with a powerful blower and then replaced a vital thermostat sensor that had failed and was causing this problem. When he finished, he also carefully cleaned up all of the runoff water from the melting ice. I was especially grateful for this prompt and timely repairs because I had a refrigerator and freezer that was full of groceries from a recent shopping trip and would have had to discard these perishable items if my appliance wasn't fixed so quickly. After the repairs were done, I had a very pleasant conversation with Rad. I considered his charges for this timely and excellent work to be very reasonable. It was an added bonus to have met such a highly qualified and caring person. It has now been almost three months since these repairs were completed, and my appliance has continued to function perfectly, without any further problems. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, except to unequivocally recommend Rad and his company to anyone that requires prompt and qualified refrigerator repair services.
