I am so glad I was visiting my parents for the holidays so I could see them have a estimate with this company and advise them to never use it again. Boss Sheet Metal sent a technician to diagnose a issue with my parents heater not working consistently. This guy spent an hour looking at their furnace to then tell them another specialist is needed to determine what's causing the issue. He charged almost $300 for JUST AN ESTIMATE! When my dad called this company to schedule the estimate, they did not tell him that they would charge especially a high cost like that. The amount they paid doesn't even go towards further diagnosis or repair service. This company is a scam and I hated watching my parents get taken advantage by a business like this.
