Pretty bad experience. Asked for a quote to replace a shower faucet cartridge (have new cartridge in hand). The quote was 400 plus tax, for literally max 25 mins of work, and yes I did it myself afterwards (took a bit longer around 40 mins, but I don't know what I'm doing and was following YouTube instructions) so pretty sure a professional can do it much quicker. Just the usual "I'll bleed you dry because I can type of service". Stay away.
