We had an excellent experience with Bob Woodall Air. Our technician, Cody, was incredibly polite and professional and got our HVAC fixed right away, which was a lifesaver during this uncharacteristically cold weather. He took the time to explain everything clearly to me in person and also walked my husband through the situation over the phone so we both understood what was going on. That level of communication and care really stood out. He was cordial, respectful, and even took a moment to love on our dogs, which instantly won us over. I also truly appreciated receiving a photo of our technician ahead of time. As a stay at home wife, that extra step made me feel safe and comfortable before he arrived. Highly recommend Bob Woodall Air for their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service. We will absolutely be using them again.
