Poor communication. Good service once they got here. A trip fee is completely understandable, but failing to communicate that there is one when talking over the phone then dropping a $90 charge in your customer’s lap is a problem. And this is after I specifically told you guys the problem I was having (fried indoor blower motor). Christian brothers had better pricing options anyways. They offered me a whole maintenance plan (which included multiple free checkups throughout the year) that also includes the labor I need done for slightly less than the estimate I was given here. Oh, and they came out to check on my unit and give an estimate for free.
