Shout out to Journey for his visit yesterday who had the intention of getting my AC working again and he did exactly that with his professional, knowledgeable, kind, polite, patient manner I could ask for. He also took the time to set up my new nest app which I appreciated very much. I also had my neighbor come with a question on my unit and he too noticed Journey’s quick and accurate response showing his abilities and knowledge of the system. This company is not a real AC Company. It's a forward service to non-professionals without a license or insurance. The tech showing up has nothing to do with this company or the name. The first thing he said was: "Call me directly next time." Mine came in an unmarked van. The invoice will come from a different company that has no license #, no insurance #, not even an invoice #, and a Gmail address as contact, and in an amount that was not agreed upon. Stay away!
