We were looking for the most efficient heat pump system to pair with a new solar setup, and their team helped us choose the right system for our home and energy goals. Garrett was especially great to work with throughout the entire process! He was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and made everything feel easy and straightforward from the beginning. The whole team was kind, professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation went smoothly, they did excellent work, showed us how to use the system, and cleaned everything up afterward. We shopped around and got several bids, and Big Mountain was by far the best value. Very happy with the system and the overall experience!
