My front loading washer was not draining. I tried to diagnose and troubleshoot but it was beyond what I was comfortable doing. The drain pump was toast. The repairman arrived in the time frame estimated and was able to replace the drain pump. Very professional and service call was quick. The cost of the repair was also reasonable as is the going rate for that particular replacement part with labor. Of course, I wish the overall cost would be less but the washer now works which is most important.
