Best Refrigeration

I appreciate Best Refrigeration not only for their quick and friendly service, but for quite literally saving my bacon - since I had four hogs ready to come home from the butcher when my freezer was broken! A commercial freezer that I bought online for my home quit working after three months. I spent countless hours fighting with the company about getting it fixed - and they never followed through - and finally decided to try to get it fixed myself. Many of my local repair guys told me they wouldn't work on anything that wasn't from Sears or a similar appliance store. But Best Refrigeration was the perfect company to call. Adam had a service guy out within four days - and it only took that long because he offered to cut me a deal on the travel charge if I waited until a guy was coming my direction already. Luke was able to bypass the wiring issue in the faulty freezer within ten minutes. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I called in an emergency relocation of equipment from one store to another. Adam, the service manager had guys out there within four hours on a Friday. To pump the units down and cut the refrigerant lines. They have one great service team.
