We had a fantastic experience with Bennett Refrigeration Inc. this past Friday. When I came into our flower shop studio in the morning, our cooler was sitting at 82 degrees—which is basically a nightmare situation when you’re working with fresh flowers. We immediately called Bennett Refrigeration and one other company, and Bennett had a technician at our shop within 20 minutes of the call, the other company wouldn't have come until the following monday. That level of responsiveness was impressive on its own, but even more so when the tech mentioned they’re a small, locally owned team. The technician was incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and worked quickly and quietly while we continued working in the shop. He also pointed out a component that may need to be replaced down the road and offered to send over a quote for the part, no pressure, just helpful information so we can plan ahead. When we received the invoice, we felt the price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they got someone out to us. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (who I believe may have been the owner) was also wonderful, super friendly and even joked with me about how I had tried to diagnose the issue using ChatGPT before calling. Next time I know I can just call and these guys know what they're doing! Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service and will absolutely be using Bennett Refrigeration Inc. from now on. We truly appreciate their quick response, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend!
