I set appointments 2 days in a row for a technician from Bell mechanical systems to repair my heat unit. Both days they went to Unit A instead of Unit B as was specifically noted to them and said no one answered the door. When I talked to a manager she did apologize but made no adjustment. I think this is inexcusable and would never recommend them for service. I had my heat unit repaired the very next day with Berthalot heating and Air within 30 minutes. I praise them.
