If the way there technicians drive there company vehicles is s reflection of the work they do, i wouldn't call them to fix my toaster. 85 in a 55 is a touch excessive. Then to have the receptionist hang up when you call just validates the complaint.

I was driving home this mornong and one of their trucks almost side swiped my truck. i then call the office and tell her what happened and, she chuckles at me and asked if i had any vehicle information. I gave her the license plate number and all she said was ok ? Just ok when your driver almost cause me to get into an accident , which could have ended very bad and all i get is an ok ? Here is the truck info of the moron that almost hit me !!

What an absolute joke of a company. I called to let the receptionist know 2 out of the three brake lights were out on truck 142. All I got out was "I was just driving behind one of your trucks and"then the rude woman cut me off with major attitude and said something about I'm not the person and then transferred me to someone, the call bounced back to her and she obviously didn't want me to say a word to her when I could barely get a word on to let her know I wasn't complaining and that I just wanted to let them know about the brake lights and she said okay with a big attitude and I know she didn't write it down or anything. I see now in other reviews that she treats people like this and the drivers are rude This is my first experience with this company and the absolute last. I hope your receptionist has the day she deserves ❤️
