Aztec Mechanical Maintenance

Heater was checked according to maintenance schedule. Prior to the maintenance being done the heater was working great. After the maintenance was performed the heater blower would come on but would not ignite. The tech has now come out three times and has not fixed the problem that was created after maintenance was performed. This has cost me 175.00 for the heater maintenance and another 125.00 for the tech to try and fix it. I have tried to work this out with the owner but said they will charge me another 125.00 for the tech to come out. I asked if the tech was an actual certified HVAC tech and they assured me he was. After watching several YouTube videos the problem seems obvious and definitely not a hard problem to fix. I'm extremely disappointed that they were not willing to work with me. I have been a customer for several years but not anymore.

Warning: We have had our unit for 2 years, which was installed by Aztec in a new home and they've had to come out 5 times to repair. The unit was so loud they had to install a part so it didn't wake us up at night. Then they had to come back to reinstall their ductwork because they made a mistake. The third time they came out the unit still wasn't working properly so they added Freon. The fourth time they Decided to install a bigger motor because it wasn't cooling our home properly and last week we called again and now We are being told there is a leak in the coil, which will cost us over $1000 to repair. Stay clear of this company.

One again the people at Aztec provided prompt, courteous, professional service. Our a/c went out on Thursday night. I called them Fri morning and system was fixed Friday afternoon. I highly recommend them!
