COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had someone come out to our house to diagnose our furnace. They did that, it was the blower motor, told us how much the part was and where to get it and we would install it ourselves because my husband has some HVAC training. They put the cover back on my furnace and left, I came home a few hours later and my furnace was on fire. Called who i’m assuming is the owner and told her what happened, she cut me off halfway through and asked what I wanted her to do about it, completely blew off the fact that my entire house could have caught on fire, then she wanted to argue with me saying they didn’t take my furnace apart, but someone was home and watched it happen, and then argue about who was in my home while the worker was here, told me to contact an attorney and hung up on me. Upon further inspection to our furnace after he left, there are serval melted/burnt wires and the gas line is now all bent, cracked, and leaking, IF that was the case while he was here, why didn’t he say anything about it?

My experience with Autumn Air was not a great one. They were unprofessional, and the woman running the business is borderline rude. I believe she got upset when I expressed a bit of shock when she told me the estimate to have my whole house attic fan replaced. She simply said “I’ll close out the call and send you the invoice. ty.” Then the invoice for the estimate was higher than the $75 she originally quoted me for. I brought it to her attention and her response was, “just pay $75 and we will part ways.” Very unappreciative of any business I gave them. Not the mention, the man who came to my house to give me an estimate, talked about politics throughout his time here.

I would give zero rating if available. We moved to our new home few months back and our previous owners had this sticker on the furnace. We reached out to them for an issue where heating was not working. they came over quick and after diagnosis mentioned circuit board is broke and that has to be replaced. Part was 160 $ and the charge for them to replace and check was 380$ which I paid without saying a word as Theresa Herself coordinated with Lennox and mentioned that part is not covered under warranty even though the equipment was only 4 years old. I believed and paid the amount. After 2 week of replacement of the circuit board again Temperature went down and came back after sometime. after 3 weeks of this circuit board replacement temperature went down drastically to 64. when called them again they mentioned if this is not the issue with circuit board they will charge us. without even looking at the issue she started asking on the phone for approval. they came next day and told now the issue is with Thermostat and charged 100$ to tell that Which we already told them about. When called Theresa to ask why the first time even though we mentioned thermostat is not working they told issue is not with Thermostat but with Circuit board, she was very rude and didn't care to listen. within 3 weeks I paid 700$. Dont know if in the first place issue is with circuit board or not at all or since then the issue is with Thermostat only. I dont know what kind of diagnosis was done in the first place and with out even resolving full issue charges has to be paid. on the other hand she dont even care to listen and disconnects the call. Very unprofessional and will not recommend to go with them. Horrible experience.
