Atara Mechanical

Atara is a professional, courteous, and communicative HVAC service. I used them twice now. Brandon and Eric were two of their technicians I used and they’ve both were good. Eric took the time to explain things in detail so I could understand what was happening. I also appreciated that he found an additional issue that needed to be fixed and told me about it and what it would cost to confirm I wanted to go through with the extra costs so there was transparency before charging me. Would definitely use them again and refer.

Had several companies come out to diagnose our AC units by far as this company was the most honest and gave us different cost options compared to the other quotes we got which gave us no option except total replacement. Never felt pressured to never felt like this was a sales tactic or scare tactic used by the previous company we called. I recommend this company 100% Eric was extremely professional and appreciated the different cost options we had. We were told this unit can be repaired and we did not have to replace the entire unit like we were quoted by previous companies.
