Astello - Ductless Heat Pump & Mini-Split Services

We hired Astello to install the HVAC system in our new construction home — a large, multi-level project (3 floors, 13 ceiling cassette indoor units and 3 large outdoor heat pumps, a complete Mitsubishi Multi VRF system) — and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My furnace had kicked the bucket so I needed a whole new heating system. I decided to invest in a cold climate heat pump to transition from gas fueled hot water pipes to electric. Roman and Vadim came out for a free estimate and went over everything! From making sure my current electric set up could handle the system, showing me how it was going to look, the time frame needed and cost. The company did all the paperwork needed for me to qualify for the NYS clean heat rebate and there were no extra or hidden fees. Everything measured ahead of time, the system and 4 units delivered a couple days ahead of schedule and they were underway in no time. When all was done there was no mess less behind and they instructed me on using and maintaining my new heat pump on remote control! I've never been more impressed with a major job done for my home before and to top it off Roman follows up to make sure everything is going well with the system! They are so friendly and personable.
