We had an excellent experience with Associated Heating & Air from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and Leslie was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the entire process so we felt comfortable with everything. After signing the contract, the installation was scheduled just a few days later, and the actual install only took one day. The installers were friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. A couple of weeks later, they even came back to meet the city inspector, and everything was signed off. Overall, the entire process was smooth, fast, and professional. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Associated Heating & Air.

Had tech Lam Tran out to do some maintenance and check if there was clog in the line. Came within the 2 hour window, texted and emailed he was on his way. Once he go here did a thorough inspection and found a small water leak that was just starting to develop. Luckily it was caught in time so easy fix and no damage. He took a pic and later showed me the damaged section after the fixed it. Always nice to see documentation of the work. Did the maintenance and found a couple things that should be addressed soon but found the system in good condition. System was running cooler by the end of the job. No hard sales pitch, just matter a fact as to what could be done. Convinced me so I got them coming out soon to get those addressed. Pricing was good, don’t know if it’s the cheapest but it’s a good price. Plus the quality up and down the line and their friendliness and customer service really put them at the top. Lam was also a cool guy to just talk to. Real friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. Really excellent service.

Citlalli Soria of Associated Heating & Air just performed the biannual maintenance of our HVAC system. She arrived on time with advanced notice, was uniformed and took preventive measures to protect my floors from dirt or scuff marks. I found her to be professional, yet personable and extremely knowledgeable. After performing maintenance, she thoroughly answered all of my questions. Overall, the service people from this company are top notch and I highly recommend it's membership maintenance program.
