I was in need of a new Air Conditioner and Furnace for my home. My father recommended Alex because he replaced his several years ago. I received a quote from Alex and several other companies that friends recommended. Alex gave the best pricing along with the best quality equipment (American Standard/Trane). He was very professional and communicative during the scheduling and installation, notifying me of the unfortunate shortage of the 454b refrigerant. He was able to work some magic and secured the refrigerant to top off the unit for the installation. He showed up with his partner precisely at the time he said he would. Both were very friendly, polite, professional and communicated throughout the installation letting me know when certain things were going to happen. The installation looks spectacular and works as such. I’m extremely happy I went with Alex and have zero regrets! Alex was very responsive and straightforward to various price points and benefits. He and Jesus swapped out our AC, furnace and installed a humidifier in one day and went over all functions to make sure the thermostat properly controlled everything.
