Called on Thursday afternoon with issue of dryer not heating as well as needing my washing machine looked at and they worked me in the following day! Andy came and assessed both machines and clearly explained my options. He then went above and beyond by looking at our dishwasher/disposal that we had noticed wasn’t powering on. Thankfully, it looks as though they will have the part needed and be able to get everything up and running again at the beginning of next week! Super friendly customer service from initial call through actual service call! Highly recommend!

Called and within hours had a technician scheduled same day to fix our dishwasher. The technician was friendly and fast, had it fixed in under 15mjn. Price is reasonable. This is after using them for our dryer a few months ago. Same great service and value. Great people and business!

Andy and his team were wonderful to work with! Clear communication, prompt, knowledgeable, cleaned up and were so polite. Our vintage fridge is 20 years old and we couldn’t replace and we loved the look. Arrowhead was able to get up and running and have checked in with me to make sure all is well.
