Everything went super smoothly. We have a Mitsubishi City Multi VRF rooftop system, which only a handful of Mitsubishi-authorized/qualified service providers can work on. A few of the authorized places were booked out or hard to schedule, but Arnica was able to get us in quickly. Scheduling was easy and quick, and Rosette kept me updated the whole time. Dean came over first to diagnose the issue and explain the situation clearly. Then Neil came to install the replacement part — they showed up on time, worked fast, and didn’t leave a mess. We were done quicker than expected. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend if you need a qualified team for Mitsubishi systems.
