They were upfront and honest about everything from the start, and after getting 5 other quotes, I really felt like they were the best company to get the job done. They showed up with little hard hats for my boys on the day of our scheduled sewer repair, and their crew was extremely friendly and thorough during the whole process. We had two services with Armstrong Comfort Solutions. First, a plumber came to snake our line but wasn’t able to fully clear it; they didn’t charge us for this. Chris came for the camera inspection. The access was tricky, so he ran a snake first to ensure the line was clear before performing the camera inspection. Chris identified that the blockage is in the public sewer. He decided not to do hydro jetting because it wasn’t needed. We were only charged a very low price for the services. I compared several plumbing companies for jetting, and Armstrong offered the best deal. Chris was professional, patient, and reliable throughout. I highly recommend Armstrong Comfort Solutions!
