Aquarius AC & Refrigeration Inc

My building contracts with this company. My air conditioner went out on a Friday afternoon. I called this company for an appointment on that Friday, and they gave me a Tuesday at 9:30 appointment. Tuesday at 9:30 arrived, but they didn’t. I had to call several times just to get them to show up. I was informed that they decided to work on someone else’s air conditioner in the building before mine. This place is a joke.

Avoid them like the plague. The worst I have ever experienced. Knew what we needed to have done and they said they needed to come out and give us an estimate. Came out and then tried to charge us for a service call. We knew what needed to be done. They came out and gave a quote which was insane. I said please just leave. Then they tried billing me for a service call when they were the ones who said that they needed to come out to give the estimate. They never mentioned a charge. Called and explained and they were rude and hung up on me. I do not have one nice word to say about them. Please do not even try to use them. There are better companies out there which are fair and will not RIP YOU OFF. And yes it was Daniel whom I spoke to.

The company Aquarius wasted an entire week of my time. I called the office multiple times and spoke with Daniel. He asked me to send an email with videos of the air conditioning issue. After that, I followed up with him again, and he requested the Tenant’s information to schedule an inspection and estimate. I waited and waited, but after six days, I called again—only to find out that they never contacted the Tenant and did absolutely nothing. Yet, they now wanted to charge $250 just to provide an estimate. At no point in my previous calls did they mention this fee. Had I known from the start, I could have decided whether to pay or find another company. This was completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
