We purchased my newly remodeled home two years ago, with all new appliances included. So much to my surprise two years in, my range hood stopped working. I called one company and they quoted me an outrageous amount to replace the motor which was out. I was quoted twice as much as the cost of the motor itself. They told me I was better off replacing the entire range hood. When I looked into the costs of a new range hood, we found that due to a slope in my kitchen roof, it was going to be a custom job to install. Unfortunately it was not installed properly by the previous homeowners. I deceived to try another repair company and that's when Rishat from Appliance PRO repair came to save the day! Rishat is honest with great customer service and fair prices. During the service call, he was able to diagnose the problem and followed up within a few days with the cost of parts and labor required. He took care of ordering the parts and had our range hood up and running within about a week. My washing machine wasn’t draining. I called appliance pro repair and on the phone he walked me through how to clean out my filter. I then put another load through and it worked perfectly. So much better when someone will try and troubleshoot the simple thing before coming out and charging to troubleshoot the simple thing that he could tell you on phone like he did. Rishad was absolutely wonderful to work with. He arrived on time, very quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer, and got the pump fixed extremely quickly. He also noticed that the original screws holding it down had corroded and cracked when he attempted to remove them, so he tapped in new ones through the washer lower frame to hold it securely. Fantastic and fast service and his pricing was wonderful. He was also very kind and gentle with our cats, which I know isn't part of appliance repair but they won't tolerate bad people at all.
