I've never used your company and because of your driver I never will. I see after reading a lot of the negative reviews they're driving is so bad and they are very aggressive. I was driving south on Greenfield road in Gilbert, Arizona. I had just turned left from Elliot. If you are familiar with the area, you are aware that there are schools all around this area. Too specifically at that corner. Your driver blew right past me going about 50 mph in a school zone. It's reckless and it's not okay. Children are there. We have these slower areas for a reason. Your driver did not care and that says a lot about the company. He is representing you in that truck. If he is going to be like that and break the rules what's he going to do when he's in your house? I wouldn't trust him to do anything in my house because he has so little regard for children and safety. Shame on him. On the left side of the back of the truck. The number 180 was there. Surely he should have a conversation with someone because his driving was not okay. He's actually lucky because there have been a lot of police in that area because people speed. I won't be recommending you to any of my friends or family either. In fact, I'll probably tell them all about your discourteous driver.

I called them at 8:00 in the morning and they were asking me if I would approve overtime instantly that let me know what they were about. it's now 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and still no plumber. They are just waiting to send them until later so they can charge me time and a half . Most companies who are asking if you approve overtime right away they're trying to bump up the price as much as they can. Which means that they're running with less plumbers so they can push things to overtime and charge people more

Our commercial freezer went out this past Saturday and Andrews got there in time to save our pork butts. Even at weekend rates it was reasonable, and the tech didn’t hang around running up the tab. He was quick and efficient, highly recommended.
