Mitch is our technician and he comes every 6 months and checks our heating air ducks, makes sure we don’t have mold,in our air conditioning system,air handler ,and the whole system that is up in the attic ,he also checks the thermostat changes the electric filter, and cleans the air conditioning unit that’s outside to make sure that it’s in tip top shape. If there are any issues he’s honest with us and talks with us, and shows us options, gives us choices.& the price is always reasonable. I have never been disappointed with AND Services,and the work they have done, or with the technicians that have done any of the work I have asked them to do for me.They are respectful, kind, trustworthy,dependable, and keep you informed so you’re not left in the dark asking questions and all confused.
