Terry was recommended by another HVAC company as they were unable to repair faulty air dampers in our HVAC system. Terry was responsive and flexible and came out the next day to review the dampers. After taking measurements with a meter, Terry determined that the damper motor was likely the issue. He then explained the potential costs involved before proceeding with removal of the damper motor. After bench testing the motor and confirming that it was defective, Terry provided me an option to purchase the part myself to save money. I purchased the part and a few days later, Terri returned to complete the repairs. Terry was effective, efficient, and professional; saving me several hundred dollars on the repair. I will definitely use Terry again for HVAC services.

Terry came to my house 15 minutes after I called him for help with a 10 year old furnace that stopped working. He looked at the furnace, gave me an estimate for parts and labor before starting. He replaced the part-- and when the problem persisted he did a thorough and methodical diagnosis of the furnace, and found a corroded wire connection to be the ultimate culprit. The Furnace works again! No labor or parts charges for the part that did not need changing. That is great and honest service. Thank you Terry.
