Extremely unprofessional driver. I was coming off 395 on the mass ave exit this morning, the driver was NOT in a turning lane as there’s only one left turning lane off the exit. I was making the left turn in my correct lane and the driver who was in the straight lane turned left, completely cutting off my access to the lane I needed to turn into. Keep in mind there are traffic signals and signs indicating which lane was which. I personally feel like this is an unprofessional driver with zero regards to road rules or anyone around them.

AMERICOLD gave amazing service. They were on time, great communication, the service tech that came was extremely helpful and informative.
