Had a great experience with ARS in Mesa. Greg and his crew were super helpful, really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us an AC unit delivered fast when we were in a pinch. He made it happen without any hassle. Big shoutout to Ramon, the delivery driver, too. He didn’t just drop the unit off, he helped us get it right where it needed to go. That kind of service makes a big difference.

Staff was very rude and not helpful. Was on the phone with them for over 20 mins on hold, went to the business and they only sell to other business. 105 today and they would not sell a start capacitor. I have a business and i tried to apply to be able to buy and they then said that they will need a contractors license number. Well ok change the goal line again. A contractors license number protects the person that you are doing a service for not the place selling you parts. They just need to be more customer orientated.

Really good want to help you get what you need. As with any industry supply house prices could he better, but they are reasonable compared to many others. They are quick to get stock on items they don't have if you need them. Really like these guys.
