ACI is mismanaged and impossible to work with literally. We have used JPG in the past with excellent results, but after the merger I cannot schedule an appointment. I have called 3 times (2 too many) to schedule a simple site visit. I finally had my call returned after the 3rd by someone that said "I don't handle scheduling but someone who does will call you. While you're here: can we interest you in a maintenance contract?" Seriously?? What is going on over there. It has been ten days with no word for a simple plumbing issue. You have lost a customer due to incompetence. You will likely lose more. For those reading this review I am going back to Magnolia, who actually calls back because they want my business. The brass at ACI should have a long look at their staff and procedures. One, if not both, need to go.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ACI. After turning on our restaurant’s AC unit at the start of the 2024 season and finding it was not functioning properly, we relied exclusively on ACI to diagnose and fix the system. Over the course of multiple visits, they failed to resolve the issue. Despite their repeated assessments and repairs, the AC unit remained non-functional. We were forced to rent temporary AC units, which could not keep up with the excessive heat, leading to unsafe working conditions. This resulted in costly restaurant closures during some of the hottest days, significantly impacting our business operations and revenue. After failing to properly diagnose and fix the issue, ACI recommended replacing the entire unit and on June 17, 2024, they gave us a quote for $99,156. Feeling desperate, we sought a second opinion. On June 21, 2024, another contractor inspected the unit and resolved the problem in less than an hour. The AC has been working perfectly ever since. This experience highlights significant mismanagement, incompetence, and inefficiency in ACI’s services. Their inability to diagnose or fix the problem not only wasted our time and money but also caused undue stress and financial loss for our business. I cannot recommend ACI based on my experience and advise others to seek a second opinion before relying on their services.
