If it were possible to rate this company with "negative stars," I would do so. This company, and in particular Rob Jansen, was dishonest by overcharging (charging for more hours than he actually worked) for his services. It took him close to 8 hours, over the span of two days to replace a leaky A-coil. I was charged just under $800 dollars, and the coil was under warranty. When I disputed the bill, Rob stated that he would "send out a bill" for his services. SEVEN months later, I received a bill from the company stating that I was "past due" on the invoice, despite the fact that this was the FIRST bill that I had received. On the invoice it stated that he had spoken with me on the phone, an act which never occurred. Despite my severe disappointment with the services and unhappiness with the company, I would have paid the bill HAD I RECEIVED IT. So the fabrication on the invoice only added insult to injury. Upon calling Rob, he presented as combative and indignant. The man's customer service was absolutely terrible. Whatever you do, DON'T use this company.

Rob is great at what he does. Very friendly and professional. Doesn't try to upsell when it's not needed and explains what he's doing and why he's doing it.
