Clark Gris, if they parked 1" from their sliding van door to your car, how thin was this technician to get access to his/her tools. Normally when customers claim this they have photos. Why didn't you post any photos or did you. I apologize if I'm mistaken. Also, you cannot post a negative review on any legitimate company on an assumption. This is really what is hurting are hard-working Blue Collar companies. If you thought they scratched your car why didn't you file a police report? 90% of homeowners have security cameras did you happen to see one of the clips on the cloud or on flash drive? ****Douglass Wick,the technician got disciplined, dont you think you can edit your review now. They accepted full responsibility and now you have nice conditioned air. Don't make an entire company pay due to a technicians bad choice. Thanks*****

I set up an appointment with Ambition to repair my A/C. Without any notice, they were an hour late for the appointment. Then the driver parks in my driveway about an inch from my car. As I walk out to greet them I noticed the sliding door on their work truck had scratched the entire side of my automobile. The driver seemed to disregard to whole situation. I called the home office immediately to let them know what happened and they said they I couldn’t prove anything and they weren’t liable. Amazing way to do business. I had to tell them to leave and figured I should warn everyone else. I’m not sure about there A/C work but I am sure about their ethics. Take your business elsewhere
