Alexis was fantastic. Knew what he talked about, gave me info/pros/cons of doing repairs now or later. Answered all my questions, quickly checked on parts and the estimated costs. Our technician ,Alonso was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had installed a new HVAC from Alps last spring. Our appointment today was for a routine heating check up. He preformed the necessary work and answered all of our questions. We didn't have to pay for the service because it was part of the original contract.

We highly recommend Alps for your heating and cooling needs. They installed a new heat pump for us a couple of years ago and we continue to use them for regular maintenance tune-ups. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and explain what they are doing, and David who came most recently, was no exception. He even remembered that we foster dogs from his visit last year and asked about it. They always show us photos of their work and the condition and status of our systems. No high pressure sales, which we hate. You won't regret calling Alps!
