Almighty Cooling & Heating

We had a great experience with Almighty Cooling and Heating. Caden was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire service call. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, explaining what he was doing and what he was finding along the way. Caden performed a thorough leak test and confirmed that there were no leaks in the system. He then identified that our unit was low on refrigerant. Our system is 10 years old and it’s possible it has leaked slowly over the years. After recharging the system, he got our AC cooling properly again and made sure everything was working as it should. We will have them come back out in about 6 months to make sure it hasn’t leaked. I really appreciated Caden’s honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I was referred to this company and instantly knew when Mario answered the phone that i made The right choice . Mario was super understanding, Knowledgeable and was eager to help me out as soon as possible, He looked at his schedule and Caden was at my house same day within 30 minutes of making the call. I called for an estimate and spoke with Mario. He was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. He set me up immediately for an estimate appointment with Caden. Caden was very professional, kind, patient, and considerate.
