Super grateful for Alex & Allied Mechanical. I was out of town yet fortunately noticed that my heat was not working properly. Of the 7 local HVAC companies I called, Alex & Allied Mechanical was the only one that was able to respond. One company never returned my phone call. Several other companies use an AI chatbot to collect basic information, each time that wasted 10+minutes to provide basic information, even book an appointment only to be called thereafter by an actual human cancelling the appointment. Not Alex & Allied Mechanical, I got to speak to a genuine human right away, someone that showed a lot of empathy for my situation. I was over 300 miles away and knew my heat wasn't working during a winter storm. The interior temperature had dropped to 44°F and I don't think I could have waited another 24hrs before risking further property damage from frozen pipes. I realize it's easy to be grateful for the one that comes through at a time of desperation, yet I still genuinely appreciate the attentiveness I was offered, something I didn't experience talking to ineffective chatbots at the competitors.
